I'm going to
do my birthday miles on Sun. 9-23 (weather and smoke permitting). It
will be as flat as I can get it.
I'll leave the boat ramp at 10 a.m.
-go up river to where the pavement ends and back to do an out and back
up Asotin creek -then probably head out the bike path to towards Hyway
12. I think that will get me 70. If not I'll have to circle the parking
lot. :-)
This will be about a 12 mile an hour pace if I'm lucky, so there
will be lots of time for some of you faster riders to at least come by
and say hi at some point. Bring lots of food and how about some good
jokes. That's what we used to do when we were running marathons.
This
way I will have a week to recover for the party.
