Helen has taken extensive bike trips through Europe and always has an interesting story from her travels.

Other Crazies have cycled B.C., Montana, and Las Vegas.

But don't let this intimidate you. Everyone starts somewhere and this is a supportive group of women who mentor beginners, challenging them to do their best, but helping them every inch of the way.

We ride each Wednesday for two to three hours starting at the Southway Boat Launch in Lewiston.

Starting time varies according to the temperature, so check the Calendar.

Since 1981 the Crazies have been cycling the roads around the Lewiston-Clarkston valley and beyond.

 

There's nothing like making it to the top of that first big hill to the cheers of all the Crazy Ladies.
