Cream Rides have started
– Every Tuesday at 6:30 Pm at Clarkston's Baskin Robins
on Bridge Street. They run Tuesday's in May through early
Sept at 6:30 PM.
Roll time is 6:30 so check your air before you arrive and be ready to ride. Our habit is to ride to the Green Belt traoil behind Quality Inn and follow the path to Asotin at a leisurelly pace. Congestion on the trail really doesn't allow for anything faster any way. Some of us turn around to enjoy a leisurely return.
While the light is good others will head up Asotin Creek for five miles taking the right at the Y rather than turning up Cloverland--You wouldn't like that first mile. This is a modest climb with one short 6 percent section.
The return is usually pretty fast though I'd stay out of pace-lines that may form. We regroup at the bottom and head back to Baskin Robins for dollar scoop night. Yum!
Some people don't eat ice-cream. Really?
